Your stay in Grevenmacher will give you an opportunity to take a walk through the Jardin des Papillons (Butterfly Garden) that Bernard-Massard has created and developed to add a valuable exotic attraction to the region's rich touristic heritage.
Hundreds of exotic butterflies flutter freely round a 500 m² glasshouse. The tropical atmosphere of the botanical gardens provides an ideal environment for butterflies. The temperature is a constant 28 degrees and the air humidity hovers around 85%.
Lovers of exotic plants can discover a varied flora you wouldn't expect to see in our climes.
The Butterfly Garden is open from the 1 April to 15 October, from 09.30 to 17.00.
